メディカルサイエンスリエゾン/ Medical Science Liaison

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Science Liaison. The selected candidate will lead strategic medical activities for rare disease products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to shape medical strategy. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute medical strategies for rare disease products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and medical societies
• Serve as a scientific resource, providing evidence-based information on therapeutic areas and products
• Identify data gaps with KOLs and support investigator-initiated trials (IITs)
• Lead publication efforts for post-market surveillance (PMS) and company-sponsored research
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements for field activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences (advanced degree is a plus)
• More than 3 years of experience in an MSL or Medical Affairs role (rare diseases is a plus)
• Experience in field-based MSL activities and strategic medical planning
• Business level English
