思想リーダーリエゾン/ Thought Leader Liaison

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison. The selected candidate will engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive strategic communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify Key External Experts (KEEs) based on societal position, expertise, and publications
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to foster collaboration and gather insights
• Collaborate with international KOLs for seminars and strategic initiatives
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content aligned with company goals
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to drive innovation and knowledge-sharing
• Support strategic communication efforts for scientific advancements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in a relevant scientific or business domain is a plus
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese and English
