オンコロジーMSL / Oncology MSL

A global leader in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking an Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL). The selected candidate will build and sustain scientific relationships with external experts and deliver valuable insights to enhance brand strategy and medical affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with external experts and healthcare organisations
• Gain medical voice of customer (mVOC) through scientific engagement and provide feedback to the therapeutic team
• Manage personal activity to ensure high performance and allocate time effectively for external engagement
• Develop and review individual external expert engagement plans
• Identify appropriate external experts based on established criteria
• Follow internal and external regulations and act as a trainer for other functions regarding products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medical, pharmaceutical, or life science
• PharmD or PhD with scientific expertise in oncology or immunology preferred
• More than 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with successful scientific engagement with external experts
• Experience in oncology MSL, clinical development, or oncology clinical practice
• Proven leadership experience and ability to lead change
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
