An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist. The qualified applicant will prioritise medical queries, applying expertise to craft responses from the medical literature. This is a hybrid role based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Apply writing skills for event narratives and customer responses
- Manage inquiries via various channels (phone, email, CRM, chat, etc.)
- Detect events and complaints during customer interactions
- Handle intake for event and complaint reports, following regulations
- Coordinate product quality complaint responses
- Maintain knowledge of specific requirements
- Ensure quality and customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences or healthcare (pharmacy, biomedical sciences, anatomy and physiology, etc.)
- Experience in call center, medical information, and pharmaceutical company
