オムニチャネルオーケストレーション戦略/ Omnichannel Orchestration Strategy
A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an Omnichannel Orchestration Strategy Sr. Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute omnichannel and personalisation strategies, leverage AI tools, and drive data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement omnichannel and orchestration strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Define and execute data collection and analysis plans to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate outsourced functions and promote in-house capabilities to enhance efficiency
- Measure the effectiveness of omnichannel initiatives and design dashboards for insights
- Drive data infrastructure development and automation to strengthen competitiveness
- Collaborate with content, development, and global teams to deliver tailored content
- Align local initiatives with global strategies to optimise execution
- Leverage advanced technologies including AI to enhance personalisation
- Develop strategies for AI-based sales support tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to identify challenges and deliver impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in omnichannel and digital marketing strategy and execution
- Experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in project management and managing multiple projects
- Experience working in regulated industries with compliance awareness
- Strong analytical skills in measuring digital media performance
- Ability to generate innovative marketing strategies with flexible mindset
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese and English
