プロダクトマネージャーマーケティング/ Product Manager Marketing
A multinational medical device company is looking for a Product Manager (Endoscope – Respiratory or Urology). The selected candidate will lead product and commercial strategies, manage product lifecycles, and drive revenue growth through strong market insight and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product and commercial strategies based on market assessments and customer insights
- Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and operations teams to maximise commercial impact
- Lead end-to-end new product launches, including business cases, pricing, forecasting, and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners
- Manage budgets and resources to optimise ROI and profitability
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams and customers
- Organise and execute congresses and industry events to strengthen product visibility
- Create promotional materials aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Oversee revenue, profitability, and market share performance against targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or a related discipline
- Proven experience in marketing within the medical device industry
- Prior experience in product management across the full product lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with global marketing teams and local sales organisations
- Proficient in market assessment, business case development, and go-to-market strategy execution
- Proficient in MS Excel for sales reporting, market analysis, and performance tracking
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)
Preferred requirements:
- Marketing experience with single-use (disposable) medical products
- Proven track record in marketing non-reimbursable medical devices
- Demonstrated expertise across diverse medical specialities, including Respiratory, Urology, Anaesthesiology, and critical care in ICU/emergency settings
