マーケティングスペシャリスト/ Marketing Specialist

A global life sciences company is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive lead generation and sales growth by aligning local efforts with global strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities based on global strategies and local market needs
• Conduct market and competitive research, analyse sales results, and refine segmentation and targeting strategies
• Develop product, application, and solution-specific promotional content
• Manage and maintain CRM data, reports, and customer information consistently
• Support the sales team with localised tools, training materials, and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Japan and global teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Evaluate new promotional tools, especially digital, and assess their value
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, biochemistry, medical sciences, or related scientific/technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in the medical or life science industry
• Prior marketing experience in any industry
• Experience in laboratory environments or medical/life sciences
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Japanese and English
