データアナリスト/ Data Analyst

An international medical technology company is looking for a Data Analyst. The selected candidate will support customer-facing consulting initiatives by integrating, analysing, and translating healthcare data into actionable insights that drive solution design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement data integration and develop analytical outputs in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders
• Conduct customer dialogues to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into analytical solutions
• Liaise between customers, partners, and global and local teams to support solution development and pilots
• Collaborate with product managers, technical support, and engineering teams to ensure quality delivery and sustainability
• Develop and deliver healthcare data solutions across analytics, performance management, and platform-enabled services
• Support planning, documentation, and post-implementation solution continuity

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in system delivery, customer support, or project management
• Skilled in utilising cloud environments and deploying data integration SQLs and application development tools
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Successful experience in IT/network engineering, customer service, application support, or operations management consulting
• Proficiency in data analytics and AI/ML/DL or BI tools implementation
• Experience in the healthcare industry with relevant domain knowledge
• Possess a valid certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other relevant customer-engaging IT service delivery frameworks, or equivalent
