APAC細胞治療スケジュール担当/ APAC Cell Therapy 360 Scheduler

A multinational biopharmaceutical company is looking for an APAC Cell Therapy 360 Scheduling professional. The selected candidate will lead a high-performing team to oversee patient scheduling, logistics, and customer service for autologous immunotherapy products. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the APAC Scheduling team, ensuring smooth coordination of scheduling, logistics, and site communication
• Manage urgent escalations and provide solutions beyond specialists' capabilities
• Ensure Scheduling Specialists receive thorough training and support for operational excellence
• Monitor and report team performance, process updates, and system maintenance needs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with global processes, regulatory standards, and data integrity
• Oversee case management audits, change control actions, and continuous process improvements
• Represent the team in internal and external stakeholder communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• More than 5 years of experience in scheduling, patient services/navigation, account management, and logistics
• More than 5 years of customer service or call centre experience
• More than 2 years of experience in a pharma/biotech or health services environment
• More than 2 years of managing teams
• Practical experience in customer service or call centre operations preferred
• Prior experience in pharma/biotech or health services preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulations and experience in a regulated environment
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
