サービスサポート/ Service Support

An international healthcare technology company is looking for a Service Support professional. The selected candidate will coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with end users and field service teams to communicate requests and issues to internal departments
• Assist in scheduling onsite field service visits and ensure all customer requirements are met prior to visits
• Create and manage service orders, process parts orders, service invoicing, and service centre notifications
• Create and update service contracts in SAP, manage equipment records, and process renewals
• Monitor and report on engineer inventory levels and assist with stock cycle counts
• Ensure proper inventory decrement through secure order processing and update related documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• More than 2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in SAP system usage
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or similar
• Experience with field service organisations
