サイト運用エクセレンス責任者/ Site Operational Excellence Lead

An international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Site Operational Excellence Lead. The selected candidate will execute and support the Operational Excellence Management System, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coach site teams to align with global strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Site Operational Excellence team and provide OpEx support for site central functions
• Own site prioritisation processes, OpEx education strategies, and site-wide transformational initiatives
• Participate in site leadership reviews, identify trends, and lead improvement initiatives
• Facilitate OpEx and Lean training for employees at all levels to promote sustainable ways of working
• Coach teams in Lean tools and systems such as A3 thinking, daily management, and standard work
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on Continuous Improvement, RCA, FMEA, and Human Performance Reliability
• Conduct OpEx assessments and share best practices across the site and global network
• Drive the integration and culture of Operational Excellence across site operations
• Align with global OpEx processes and support the delivery of global objectives
• Recruit, coach, and develop local OpEx talent while fostering collaboration and shared learning
• Support strategic planning, lead strategy deployment, and contribute to SLT discussions
• Establish project management processes ensuring timely and high-quality execution of improvement projects
• Implement Lean production and digital visual management systems across the site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant scientific or technical field
• Proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence
• Ability and willingness to relocate within commuting distance (within 90 km or 90 minutes) as required by company policy
• Proficient in written and verbal English
