フィールドサービスエンジニア/ Field Service Engineer

A renowned company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will handle equipment installation, maintenance, and repair while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment installations at customer sites, ensuring compliance with product standards
• Provide timely service and repair of equipment both on-site and in-house
• Conduct in-house inspections of equipment prior to delivery to ensure quality standards
• Engage with customers professionally, communicating service issues and solutions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction
• Assist in setting up and supporting equipment for sales demonstrations, conferences, and workshops
• Provide technical support and guidance to sales representatives and other engineers
• Maintain detailed records of service activities including installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in Field Service or IT engineering for healthcare products
• Familiarity with Windows OS settings, software installation, and IT networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IVF products, laser systems, and microscopes is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically
• Ability to occasionally lift to 30 kgs.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in English
