コンサルタント/ Consultant

A global life sciences consulting firm is looking for a Consultant. The selected candidate will lead consulting projects, deliver high-impact analysis, and support business growth initiative. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects across APAC and global markets
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to plan projects, design research, and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Guide consultants and analysts in producing high-quality insights and client presentations
• Solve complex analytical and organisational challenges to support client decision-making
• Contribute to knowledge management, training, and development of new methodologies
• Support business development through proposal creation, lead strategy, and client relationship building

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven consulting, market research, or industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or related industry
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
