プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global healthcare organisation is looking for a Product Manager, CRM. The selected candidate will drive product positioning, launch strategy, physician engagement, and sales enablement while collaborating closely with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define competitive analysis, product positioning, target segments, and go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute integrated business and campaign plans
• Lead physician advisory boards and engage key opinion leaders globally
• Develop launch materials, product literature, marketing collateral, and product bulletins
• Deliver product training and overviews to physicians and sales teams
• Drive market development initiatives, support global launches, analyse market research data, and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA is ideal)
• More than 8 years progressively responsible marketing experience
• Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry
• Prior experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model
