フィールド開発ディレクター/ Field Development Director

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Field Development Director. The selected candidate will lead disease education, patient identification initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to advance scientific engagement in a specialised therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

• Execute disease education initiatives for targeted healthcare professionals aligned with strategic priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists and opinion leaders to deliver scientific, non-promotional messaging
• Analyse patient journeys, referral pathways, and care networks within assigned geographies
• Collaborate with medical, field operations, and marketing teams to implement compliant patient identification activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the field development team to achieve annual objectives and performance standards
• Ensure accurate data capture, CRM utilisation, compliance adherence, and timely completion of administrative requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• More than 12 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• More than 5 years of biotech sales or other field leadership experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment
• Excellent organisational and operational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• Prior rare disease experience
• Proven launch experience
