日本スタディマネージャー/ Japan Study Manager

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Japan Study Manager. The selected candidate will lead in-country clinical trial execution, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality study delivery from start-up to database release.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in-country study and site management for assigned clinical trials
• Oversee CRO performance and ensure quality of study execution and deliverables
• Coordinate end-to-end trial execution from study start-up to inspection readiness
• Manage investigator site relationships to support enrollment, site quality, and engagement
• Act as local clinical trial expert, resolving protocol-related issues and supporting site monitors
• Facilitate timely and effective communication between global and local study teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Experience in study management and site management
• Proficient in Japanese and English
