医療情報管理者/ Medical Information Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Medical Information Manager / Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee medical information operations, external partners, quality standards, and stakeholder engagement across products and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee external call center operations, contracts, SLAs, and performance management
• Manage FAQs, standard response letters, and medical information assets
• Review response quality, handle escalations, and ensure accurate AE reporting
• Deliver product, disease, and clinical training to call center staff and sales teams
• Monitor medical literature and conferences to update insights and materials
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and SOP requirements while supporting cross-functional reviews

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from a suitable discipline
• More than 8 years of experience from a Medical Information position
• Experience from pharmaceutical or health technology company
• Knowledge of Medical Information’ activities
• Proficient in reading, written, and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in CNS, especially Parkinson’s Disease, and women’s health areas
