市场准入经理/ Market Access Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for a Market Access Manager. The selected candidate will drive reimbursement, payer engagement, and policy initiatives to expand patient access to innovative CGM technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market access, policy, and advocacy strategies for Japan and South Korea
• Analyse reimbursement systems, payer policies, pricing, and competitive landscapes
• Drive HTA and guideline submissions, value-based funding, and access programs
• Engage with government bodies, payers, and industry associations to influence policy
• Develop evidence strategies with HEOR and RWE teams to support reimbursement
• Represent Market Access on regional leadership teams and APAC initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in a relevant field (Health Insurance, HTA, health policy and, public health)
• Prior experience in creating and maintaining advocacy networks
• Proven experience in working with policymakers and managing consultants
• Background in business, marketing, or sales
• Prior background working and contributing within a matrix organisation (global and national Market Access teams)
• Understanding of market access for pharmaceutical or medical devices
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese (Korean is a plus)
