An international medical company is seeking a Digital Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead onboarding and implementation of digital health platforms, ensuring smooth integration and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and integration of digital platforms
• Manage implementation projects and ensure technical delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain project documentation and operational tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in project management, IT implementation, or business operations in a cross-functional environment
• Experience with digital execution, performance metrics, and continuous setting
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
• Skilled in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, EHR, and network-connected systems
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or digital workflows
• Possess valid PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt+) or equivalent certification is ideal
• Fluent level spoken and written English and Japanese
