シニア戦略プロジェクトマネージャー/ Sr. Strategic Project Manager

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Project Manager, Commercial Solutions. The selected candidate will lead strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business transformation in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Drive internal projects to optimise operations and support transformation
• Build business cases for new services and operational initiatives
• Manage development and launch of new service offerings
• Establish and oversee partnerships with vendors and industry stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Advanced degrees in scientific field or MBA is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in project management (consulting environment or within a pharmaceutical company is a plus)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry (launching new products)
• Fluent level written and spoken English and Japanese
