施設・サイト運営 シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager Facilities & Site Operations

A global biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & Site Operations. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, facilities management, and strategic projects to ensure compliance, efficiency, and business continuity. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead depot and site operations within GMP environment
• Drive real estate and facilities strategy aligned with business needs
• Supervise facilities and site management teams to deliver efficient services
• Oversee capital projects, leasehold improvements, and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop business continuity, crisis management, and EHS programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience at senior managerial level
• Experience managing capital projects, ensuring EH&S compliance
• Prior experience managing facilities at multiple sites
• Proven experience with colleagues in different time zone
• Background in managing relocation projects is ideal
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
