オペレーショナルエクセレンスマネージャー/ Operational Excellence Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager. The selected candidate will drive OE initiatives, optimise efficiency, and lead improvement projects across functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead OE projects and initiatives across all site functions
• Achieve annual OE and cost-saving targets
• Improve efficiency in production and QC areas
• Train staff in OE techniques through projects and activities
• Serve as project leader for key OE initiatives
• Manage and maintain KPI reporting system under OE PMO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or efficiency improvement area in factory
• Experience in global pharmaceutical company is a plus
• Understanding of GMP and relevant laws (process development and
  engineering area)
• Knowledge of production equipment, process, and factory operation
• Possess a valid Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
• Professional level Japanese and English
