臨床プロジェクトマネージャー/ Clinical Project Manager

A global healthcare company is seeking a Clinical Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee clinical study operations from planning through completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operational execution of clinical Phase I–IV studies
• Oversee CRO activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure study delivery
• Monitor study progress, risks, and mitigation plans while maintaining adherence to timelines
• Manage study budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking in collaboration with program leadership
• Review and contribute to clinical and regulatory documents including IND and CTA submissions
• Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with TMF and key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Experience of Monitoring Clinical Studies
• Prior experience of vendor / CRO Management
• Proven experience in managing schedules, budget, risk and processes with a clinical trial setting
• Background in operating within Global, Multidisciplinary Team is ideal
• Prior background in operational delivery within multiple Disease areas is a plus
• Knowledge of drug development process
• Understanding of associated regulations, guidelines and industry standards for clinical trials
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
