プロジェクトマネージャー / Project Manager

A consulting company is searching for a Project Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project progress according to agreed plans with clients and stakeholders including KOLs, service providers, and distributors
• Communicate with stakeholders to address needs, align with internal experts, resolve issues, and report project status
• Negotiate with stakeholders and internal teams to reach agreements when conflicts arise
• Manage project documents such as meeting minutes, Gantt charts, and related materials
• Oversee outsourced services including interpreters, translators, and other vendors as required
• Manage invoice schedules, project trackers, and vendor invoices
• Review and approve project invoice request forms for company invoice issuance
• Maintain and update project databases and records
• Participate in business development calls, prepare BD proposals, and coordinate MSA drafts for approval
• Support and mentor junior project managers and associates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries (sales, sales support, marketing, market research, RA, clinical research, hospital management, or other similar positions)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Bilingual level written and verbal Japanese and English
