事業部長/ Commercial Director
A foreign pharmaceutical company is searching for a Commercial Director. The chosen applicant will lead strategic brand planning, portfolio life cycle management, pipeline launch preparations, and omnichannel execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic brand planning and commercial management, delivering strategies and executing tactics to achieve financial budget targets
- Make trade-off decisions to prioritise focus areas and allocate investments to maximise brand and launch performance
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing talents and customer-facing colleagues, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Mobilise the customer-facing team with clear KPI and execution guidance to ensure impactful field execution
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans, including omnichannel strategies and content to meet customer needs and optimise outcomes
- Shape the external market landscape for new launches and navigate uncertainty
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Partner with Finance to develop business forecasts and track performance against budget targets
- Ensure adherence to promotional guidelines and compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
- Extensive experience developing and implementing pharmaceutical business strategy
- Experience in building a high-performing team that includes a customer-facing team
- Experience in leading and developing talents
- Experience in developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies
- Proven track record of leading projects, driving changes, and organising teams
- Experience working in multiple cultures and demonstrated
- Strong competency in commercial strategy and execution
- IT literacy for forecasting and business case development
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and external environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
