シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A global healthcare company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale strategic programs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership
• Oversee multiple projects at various life cycle stages
• Monitor project progress and address critical issues promptly
• Apply business insights to guide project recommendations and client reviews
• Support change management adoption and customer acceptance strategies

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in system delivery, customer support, or project management
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• Prior experience in IT/ network engineering, customer service, application support, or operation management consulting is ideal
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid PMP, ITIL, or related customer-engaging IT service delivery frameworks certification is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
