科学パートナーリード/ Scientific Partner Lead

A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Scientific Partner Lead. The selected candidate will identify and develop strategic scientific partnerships, engage with key stakeholders, and drive collaboration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assess partnership opportunities in academia, biotech, and early-stage ventures
• Align collaboration strategies with global and regional teams
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry and research partners
• Lead discussions, evaluate opportunities, and support deal execution
• Provide insights for strategic initiatives and innovation programs
• Manage alliances to strengthen the company’s presence in the ecosystem

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in a related scientific domain (biochemistry, molecular biology, protein science, etc. (PhD is ideal)
• More than 7 years of professional experience (pharmaceutical domain is a plus)
• Experience in managing life science research labs or similar scientific settings
• Prior experience in academia, technology transfer, biotech, venture capital, etc.
• Proven cross-company and international experience is preferred
• Background in project management
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English (German is advantageous)

応募要件:

• 大学院卒（生化学、生物学、分子生物学、タンパク質科学、細胞生物学、遺伝子工学、化学などの関連分野）
• 実務経験7年以上（製薬業界経験尚可）
• ライフサイエンス研究所の管理経験または同等の研究環境での経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（優れた成果を上げた実績）
• PCスキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 英語力
• PhD（博士号）尚可
• アカデミア、技術移転機関(TTO)、バイオテック、ベンチャーキャピタル、BD&L、ビジネスコンサルティングでの経験尚可
• 企業間・国際的な業務経験尚可
• SAP などの業務システムの使用経験尚可
• ドイツ語尚可
