Director, Growth Hormone Franchise Lead

An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Director, Growth Hormone Franchise Lead. The successful candidate will drive commercial strategies for the GH portfolio while leading talent development and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise the GH portfolio
• Lead marketing initiatives, including omnichannel and CoLab marketing models
• Align cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities
• Lead talent and capabilities development for the Specialty Care team
• Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold company values and culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medical, science, or MBA
• More than 5 years of experience in brand marketing experience as team lead or above
• More than 2 years of experience leading sales organisation or commercial team is ideal
• Experience developing and implementing pharmaceutical business strategy
• Prior experience working in multiple cultures and demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures (global and cross functional team)
• Proven agency management experience
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
