ローンチエクセレンスシニアマネージャー/ Launch Excellence Senior Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager of Launch Excellence. The selected candidate will lead new product launch preparations and standardise launch processes for future asset launches.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of breakthrough products
• Lead project management of new product launches, ensuring on-time execution by engaging teams
• Collaborate with global and local medical teams to develop early engagement plans for key stakeholders
• Ensure knowledge transfer to the therapeutic area marketing team upon commercialisation approval
• Encourage the use of global tools and establish best practices for launch preparation across therapeutic areas
• Support the management and coaching of the Launch Excellence Team and share global best practices

Requirements:

• Practical experience in Japanese pharmaceutical product launches
• Prior experience as a brand manager, medical manager, or project management in clinical development/consultancy
• Experience in leading global cross-functional teams
• Agile learner with strong communication, networking, and influencing skills
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
