A global medical devices company is looking for an ICM Manager. The selected candidate will lead Indirect Channel Management strategy, collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring compliance with global standards.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in selecting, developing, and overseeing indirect channel network
- Participate in regional and country leadership meetings
- Manage education and training of business leaders and key stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end IC processes in IC Hub, ensuring contract accuracy and execution
- Decide on escalated ICM issues from country/regional leaders t
- Execute effective rollout of global processes locally
- Ensure clear process flows are developed and communicated effectively within the business
- Establish and maintain responsibility framework locally for ICs
- Lead/facilitate leadership meetings to ensure country leadership aligns with and executes global ICM standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business, Management, or applicable discipline
- More than 8 years of professional commercial experience across commercial leadership, sales channel management, finance, compliance, logistics management, or market access
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
