シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager

An international healthcare company is looking to fill a Senior Manager position. In this position, the selected individual will be in charge of the management of designated direct reports. This position is based in Osaka.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive performance assessment of assigned direct reports
• Handle key management and mitigation of performance concerns
• Assess performance metrics for assigned employees within clinical operations
• Determine training requirements and support the facilitation of training initiatives
• Coordinate management strategies, policies, and processes
• Establish and manage relationships with key team

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in clinical operations (monitoring and project management)
• Experience in people management as a line manager
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Business level verbal and written English; proficient in Japanese
