A multinational pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an RTR & Stat Manager. The selected applicant will ensure adherence to company accounting and operational guidelines with key finance. This is a Tokyo-based role.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and solve complex accounting problems
- Interpret and introduce accounting regulations
- Create of corporate accounting protocols and methods
- Maintain continual alignment with company accounting policy
- Create statutory financial statements and reports
- Review the US GAAP month-end closing process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus
- More than 16 years of experience in accounting or finance
- 3-4 years of experience in managerial positions
- Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, or MS Office Suite (Reconciliation Tool is ideal)
- Deep knowledge in advanced accounting, financial statement analysis, cost, inventory accounting, US GAAP, or IFRS
- Audit background is preferred
- Experience in pharma industry is ideal
