A global fashion brand is looking for a Purchasing professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end procurement for store FF&E, supplier coordination, logistics, budget control, inventory movement, and post-opening maintenance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to finalise FF&E specifications for stores
• Source quotations and place orders with overseas and local suppliers
• Coordinate with international suppliers and domestic design and construction partners
• Manage logistics and customs clearance with suppliers and receiving parties
• Track costs, budgets, schedules, and delivery timelines
• Monitor warehouse stock, control inventory movements, and support maintenance after store opening

Requirements:

• Skilled in creating and working within schedule, establishing priorities and problem-solving to achieve deadlines and budget targets
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge and interest in design
