購買コントローラー/ Purchasing Controller

A global automotive technology company is looking for a Purchasing Controller. The selected candidate will drive managerial financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering to support budget control and long-term planning. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Report monthly actuals, variance versus plan and forecast, and define action plans to close gaps
• Coordinate timelines for monthly, quarterly, and annual managerial financial reporting
• Consolidate financial results for the Interiors division
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities against budget targets
• Collaborate with the division FP&A team on five-year planning and budget cycles
• Act as a business partner to function heads and regional controllers
• Work with regional finance teams to review variances, forecasts, and commercial balance reports
• Deliver OneStream as the single source of truth for managerial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• More than 5 years of FP&A or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in FP&A or controlling functions
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
