買い手/ Buyer

A global fashion company is looking for a Buyer. The selected candidate will drive category strategy, assortment planning, and profitability through data-driven product and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Identify product, financial, and white space opportunities through market and performance analysis
• Develop pre-season strategies aligned with customer demand and financial targets
• Build assortments aligned with SKU architecture, pricing, and time-on-offer goals
• Manage product architecture, line plans, and style-level investments to optimise sales and margin
• Lead category and channel analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Drive profitability through markdown, promotion strategies, and daily business management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or inventory management
• Business level written and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in Retail Apparel & Fashion industry
