アシスタントパーチェイシングマネージャー/ Assistant Purchasing Manager

A global hospitality company is looking for a Purchasing Manager/Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will manage purchasing processes, ensure compliance with sanitation standards, and contribute to maintaining budgeted food and beverage costs. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing policies, work, projects, and standards across departments
• Generate accurate and timely reports and presentations
• Compile, categorise, calculate, and verify purchasing data
• Assist Executive Chef with purchasing food, beverage, and controllable items to ensure quality and profitability
• Order food and beverage based on business needs, maintaining cost control
• Enforce inventory rotation, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related
• More than 2 years of experience in Purchasing or a related field
• Professional level Japanese and English
