IT調達/ IT Procurement

A globally recognised manufacturer of home appliances is searching for an IT Procurement expert. The selected applicant will understand business requirements and align it with global IT plans to ensure successful purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract and service agreement information
• Perform benchmarking and market assessment
• Ensure procurement plans are in line with relevant IT requirements and strategies
• Manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP procedures
• Conduct 5-year TCO analysis
• Ensure contracts are written in the appropriate technical, legal, and commercial languages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a similar domain
• 6+ years of experience in IT procurement
• Demonstrable background in purchasing IT hardware, leasing, software licencing, cloud solutions, or service
• Experience working at large corporations with global operations
• Expertise in establishing supplier relationships
• Spoken Japanese and English proficiency (Mandarin proficiency is ideal)
