A global advertising company is in need of a Programme Manager. The person chosen for the role will be responsible for increasing client satisfaction through effective use of the company’s loyalty programme.
Responsibilities:
- Develop various forecasts (stamp value, etc.)
- Perform financial closing processes and review loyalty programmes
- Communicate with various functions to define the requirements for product implementation
- Provide campaign training to store employees
- Track and report on regular programme results
- Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders on preparation process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial environment
- Project management experience
- Spoken and written proficiency in English and Japanese
