リージョナルプロキュアメントマネージャー/ Regional Procurement Manager

A renowned consumer goods manufacturing company is looking for a Regional Procurement Manager – Logistics. The selected candidate will lead regional logistics procurement strategy, supplier management, and cost optimisation initiatives across APAC. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional procurement for warehousing, transportation, customs brokerage, and parcel services
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term sourcing strategies across global and regional suppliers
• Manage supplier portfolio and build strategic partnerships
• Drive logistics sourcing projects including tenders and network optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify cost-saving and service improvement opportunities
• Oversee supplier performance, risk assessments, and procurement workstreams such as sustainability and digitalisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics sourcing and/or supply chain (with a focus on the Japan or Korea market)
• Experience with APAC Logistics Market (supply base, general industry information, good procurement practices and knowledgeable in contracting)
• Knowledge of project management
• Prior knowledge in contracting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in AP Ariba, Transport Management Systems (e.g. OTM), e-sourcing
  tool (Coupa)
• Proficient in English (Japanese or Korean is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior logistics sourcing experience in FMCG or Chemical industry
