間接調達マネージャー/ Indirect Procurement Manager

A global entertainment and leisure company is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead sourcing for Marketing, Digital & Technology, HR, and Park Operations, develop and implement procurement strategies, negotiate agreements, manage vendor relationships, and drive organisational cost savings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve category sourcing strategy and implement project plans with internal stakeholder buy-in
• Drive cost savings and project execution by identifying new alternatives and optimising results
• Ensure consistent Procure-to-Pay processes across all business units and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership
• Develop and manage procurement policies and procedures to enhance organisational efficiency and value
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and creating business cases
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiations, including data analysis and consumption forecasting
• Lead and coach a high-performing sourcing team in a matrixed environment, managing talent development and performance
• Implement and enhance P2P policies and provide effective training to business users
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and promote team involvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing
• Experience managing large-scale projects and leading teams
• Prior experience developing and implementing KPIs to track goals
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence senior management and stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, generating cost savings and process improvements
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
