調達シニアマネージャー/ Senior Procurement Manager

A global energy company is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead tendering activities, develop project-specific procurement strategies, support cross-functional coordination, and strengthen supplier relationships across the offshore wind supply chain. This is a long term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate tendering for major packages, including documentation, supplier negotiation, contract negotiation, evaluation, award recommendation, and change order management
• Develop procurement strategies for each project, including package structure and interface management to optimise competitiveness and LCOE
• Drive continuous improvement and incorporate knowledge sharing into contracts
• Coordinate project-specific procurement requirements and share relevant information with the procurement team
• Build trusted and professional relationships with key local suppliers in the APAC offshore wind supply chain, especially in Japan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, Law, Economics, Commerce)
• More than 6 years of experience in procurement of high volume and complex technical supply and service contracts
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks and developing strategies for risk prevention and control
• Prior Experience in building relationships with suppliers, key business leaders, local governments and supply chain stakeholders
• Proficient in Japanese and English
