調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A global entertainment company is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will drive category strategies, cost optimisation, supplier partnerships, and team performance while strengthening procurement processes end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholder priorities
• Drive cost savings through data-driven analysis, alternative sourcing, and critical thinking
• Standardise and optimise P2P processes across business units and operations
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and forecasting activities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team in a matrix environment
• Enhance procurement policies, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• Prior experience developing and implementing KPI’s to track goals
• Native level Japanese and English
