調達スタッフ/ Procurement Staff

A renowned education and research institution is looking for a Procurement Staff. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor management, contract administration, compliance processes, and financial system support.

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requests and coordinate vendor order placements and contract decisions, including English contracts
• Manage administrative processes for competitive bidding and non-competitive procurement procedures
• Prepare reports and respond to accounting inspections and procurement-related audits
• Maintain and update procurement rules, policies, and internal regulations
• Operate and manage electronic bidding and accounting systems
• Oversee insurance program administration and support related finance and procurement activities

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in procurement or accounting
• Experience in handling ERP (integrated business system)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English (TOEIC 700+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in bidding
• Prior experience in public procurement
