間接調達マネージャー/ Indirect Procurement Manager

A global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end indirect sourcing, supplier governance, and cost optimisation across categories. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret procurement policies, governance, and ESG-aligned sourcing standards
• Analyse spend data, contracts, and supplier landscape to define the current state
• Design category strategies that optimize supplier base and market positioning
• Align requirements, SLAs, and risk considerations with internal stakeholders
• Conduct market intelligence, supplier screening, and pre-RFI engagements
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, evaluations, negotiations, and contract governance

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
