マテリアルプランナー/ Material Planner

An international manufacturing and industrial solutions company is looking for a Material Planner. The selected candidate will manage procurement planning, purchasing transactions, and demand-supply coordination to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Own procurement planning and purchasing for a major product group using internal systems
• Manage OEM customer demand and supply planning in collaboration with sales account managers
• Track supply chain costs and report insights to finance and supply chain management
• Verify invoice values against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate and lead communication with sourcing sites and divisions as required
• Support local business operations and customer service through efficient supply chain execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, supply chain, or engineering
• Experience in procurement planning, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate in English for writing and daily conversation
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
