上級調達スペシャリスト/ Sr. Procurement Specialist

A renowned footwear company is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will lead Japan-focused sourcing strategies, cost optimisation, and procurement process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Japan sourcing strategies and cost optimisation initiatives
• Lead procurement processes including RFI/RFP execution and contract negotiations
• Conduct spend and data analysis to support category strategy development
• Manage contract lifecycles and support APAC/global strategy implementation
• Deliver procurement policy rollout, training, and iProcurement user support in Japan
• Oversee procurement software usage, tool implementation, and Japan travel program execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in contract management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay process
• Fluent level spoken and written English or Mandarin

Preferred requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in indirect procurement with experience in Retail related categories
• Prior procurement experience or knowledge on indirect procurement categories including Marketing, Retail Construction, VM, Travel
• Proven experience in Oracle iProcurement
