A global consumer goods company is looking for an Indirect Sourcing Manager. The selected candidate will manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and stakeholder engagement to support business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships to understand business goals and promote service excellence
• Ensure sourcing practices align with category strategies and deliver maximum benefits
• Oversee supplier segmentation and management in line with procurement strategy
• Manage expenditure and headcount within the agreed budget
• Develop and manage resource plans for procurement teams to support synergies
• Lead change management initiatives for category and sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• Knowledge of procurement principles and approach
• Possess valid CIPS Corporate Diploma in Purchasing
• Possess valid membership in The Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply
• Possess valid country membership or qualification is ideal
• Fluent level English and Japanese
