物流調達アシスタントマネージャー/ Logistics Procurement Assistant Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Logistics Procurement Assistant Manager. The chosen candidate will lead logistics sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, and drive cost-efficient solutions across operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop logistics sourcing strategies
• Conduct market cost benchmarking, logistics cost breakdown and analysis
• Generate cost reduction ideas and lead planning and execution with internal logistics operations and external suppliers
• Manage contracts, supplier performance and relationships
• Collaborate with overseas procurement teams to leverage global capabilities
• Oversee repack cost management, including secondary packaging materials
• Handle Capex procurement for investment projects related to factories and warehouses

Requirements:

• Logistics Procurement experience or Logistics Engineer in a 3PL or Logistics provider
• Basic supply chain knowledge
• Negotiation skills for cost control
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience as a Logistics Kaizen consultant
• Analytical skill for cost and supplies
