調達スペシャリスト/ Procurement Specialist

A multinational fashion design company is seeking a Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will manage new supplier setup and facilitate the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete new supplier setup processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate due diligence and approvals across global and local stakeholders
• Provide Japanese–English translations for vendors and approvers during the P2P process
• Communicate project status proactively with team leads and stakeholders
• Analyse data, monitor KPIs, and manage projects to identify risks and drive improvements
• Manage supplier update and change requests through ServiceNow and prepare training materials
• Act as an escalation point for leadership, support teams, and regional partners
• Collaborate globally to improve supplier management and buying processes
• Develop dashboards and tools to track process performance and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in data analysis, project management, and process optimisation
• Experience working in global and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience with Procurement systems and ERP integration
• Understanding of Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) systems and Japan business practices
