調達スペシャリスト/ Procurement Specialist

A global medical devices company is looking for a Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will manage procurement operations, optimise costs, and strengthen supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement initiatives following local Procurement SOPs
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while mitigating supply risks
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Shared Service Center for vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and payments
• Collaborate with global procurement teams on contracts and system implementations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of procurement practices, standards, and guidelines
• Understanding of medical equipment is ideal
• Native level Japanese; business level English
